Assumption of Risk

Effective Date: July 24, 2026 Version: 2026-07-24 ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE, AND WAIVER This document is a binding agreement between you and Atlas Labs regarding your voluntary use of Atlas Method. 1. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION You choose to use fitness, nutrition, and wellness features of the Service voluntarily. You are free to stop at any time. 2. INHERENT RISKS You understand that exercise (including strength training, conditioning, mobility work, and sports), dietary restriction, calorie deficits, and lifestyle change involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: muscle strains, joint injury, falls, cardiovascular events, electrolyte imbalance, fatigue, psychological distress, and aggravation of pre-existing conditions. Risks cannot be eliminated even when guidelines are followed. 3. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY You represent that you are medically able to participate (or have obtained clearance), will disclose relevant limitations you choose to share, will use proper form and sensible progression, will hydrate and rest appropriately, and will not ignore pain or warning symptoms. 4. RELEASE AND WAIVER TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU RELEASE, WAIVE, AND DISCHARGE ATLAS LABS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, AND DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR PARTICIPATION IN ACTIVITIES SUGGESTED BY THE SERVICE, INCLUDING CLAIMS BASED ON NEGLIGENCE (BUT NOT GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT WHERE SUCH WAIVER IS PROHIBITED). 5. INDEMNITY You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the released parties from claims by third parties arising from your activities or misuse of the Service. 6. ACKNOWLEDGMENT By checking an acceptance box, signing electronically, completing onboarding, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read this Assumption of Risk, understand it, and agree voluntarily.
